MALGANE™️ Return Policy

At MALGANE™️, your satisfaction is our top priority! We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, so we are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is smooth and worry-free. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be new, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact

  • Customized items (including jerseys with personalized names or numbers) are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect

  • Returns are not accepted for items ordered in the incorrect size

  • Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to ensure the best fit


Non-Returnable Conditions

MALGANE™️ cannot accept returns if:

  • Incorrect names, numbers, or addresses were provided by the customer

  • The order has already been processed and shipped

  • Items are intimate apparel, sanitary goods, or hazardous materials, due to health and safety regulations

Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.


Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 2–3 business days

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the standard return process

  • Once received, we’ll ship the exchange item (subject to availability)

  • Additional shipping fees may apply


Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Address Verification

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Undeliverable packages may be destroyed by the carrier

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include clear photos of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Return Circumstances

  • Change of Mind
    Return within 30 days (return shipping at customer’s expense)

  • Faulty / Damaged Items
    Report within 30 days — return shipping covered by us

  • Wrong Product Received
    Contact us within 30 days — we’ll send the correct item at no extra cost

  • Never Arrived / Lost Orders
    Contact us within 30 days — refund or reshipment after carrier confirmation

  • Cancellation After Dispatch
    Not possible once shipped — returns still apply


Clear Timeframes

  • Change of Mind: 30 days from delivery

  • Faulty / Wrong Items: 30 days from delivery

  • Lost Items: 30 days from order date


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the return.
You’ll be notified by email once completed.


Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.


Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Items returned in non-resellable condition may be refused or partially refunded
